Full truth requires more than one point of view. But our minds can only process one point of view in space-time at any one time.
So even if we had the means to aquire truth, we cannot fully 'know' it.
Within the bounds of all 3d space and time, absolute truth is the aggregate history of each particle of matter through time.
But such truth has no capacity for 'reflection' to discover such beliefs as 'form', 'behavior' or 'cause and effect'.
So instead of knowing truth, we collect patterns of sensory information
reflecting aspects of truth to create memories bound together as 'universal' forms and behaviors. What we call truth are our simulations these belief aggregates. Of these forms and behaviors, and the emotional significance our genetic preferences cause us to apply to them.
'Wisdom' uses our perceptions of truth (from our environment) and our personal aesthetics (from our genes) to create our will to act (through our reflexes & emotions).
We have many strategies for acquiring and modeling truth. 2d sensory perception leads to the simulation of 3d form. And then behavior which leads to the discovery of time and cause to effect. We use metaphor, universal forms, language tags, mathematics and logic to help interpret and predict our external reality.
We never really 'know' truth, we merely approximate points of view from appearances. And we are limited to a single point of view in space and time, and to the simulation of a limited number of active components (forms).
But we can link many such scenarios together to create simulated timelines capable of being 'judged' by our aesthetics. Our 'predictive' wisdom is usually sufficient to lead us away from suffering and harm and closer to bliss and survival.
But insufficient, at present, the answer with any certainty the great philosophical questions. Or to deal with complexity beyond our cognitive limits.
